I’m sorry it’s been such a a long read but I’ll hope I somewhat answered your question. F1 2021 Guides, Codes, Walkthroughs, Tips-Tricks and Easter Eggs: PRACTICE SESSION GUIDE, F1 2022, How To Not Suck At F1, Racing Wheels, Facts to read if you got divebombed in T1., How to play like Mazepin, F2 2021 Teams and Cars, Logitech Momo - Setup, Jak by najszybszym kierowc na torze, Fix for Gamecrash, F1 2021 List of presets/setups for each track, F1 2021 Recommended Presets/Setups. Try multiplayer cause it’s a lot of fun once you’ll get used to the game and playing. Gradually adjust your AI difficulty to match your teammates time as close as possible, then you’ll be at the level you’re currently at and you’ll feel the challenge but not get overwhelmed at it. I’d suggest picking a middle team such as a Haas or a Renault, that way you’ll feel more challenged therefor enjoying the racing more, just because you’ll race more. When it comes to car upgrades, look at where you’re lacking them the most, if you’re engine is top notch, you’re much better off upgrading your aero package or your chassis, and vice versa. It’ll be hard to control your car since you’re probably on a controller but trust me it’s worth it, you’ll be driving couple of seconds faster per lap if you’ll get a good grip of it. Keep your ERS deploy to automatic, and unless you’re hoping to play on 110 AI (max difficulty) you won’t need it to manually deploy it. Once you’ll get used to it you’ll feel as you’re driving faster. Example being your traction control from max to medium, ABS from on to off etc. I assume you’ll be playing with assists on, eventually what I would suggest is to gradually turn off your assist step by step. As Tiametmarduk mentioned in his yt video, most of the times it’s only your aero that will need adjustments as that’s crucial, your suspension, geometry transmission and your breaks will usually stay the same.

Experiment in time trials when it comes to your setups. Also what you can do is adapt your Aeros accordingly to the track, example being Melbourne you’ll need a a higher downforce due to its track layout but a track like Austria you’ll need much less. They’re both good and I’ve been using Tiamet’s setup in 2018. When It comes to setups and you’re on console, your best bet is to wait for guys like TRL Limitless and Tiametmarduk to post their setups on their YouTube channels.
